Shipping Information

• Orders placed Monday through Friday before 12PM should ship the same business day, but please allow 1-3 days for processing.  Orders placed after 12PM, or on weekends or holidays, should ship the next business day.  Orders may be delayed due to issues with payment authorization, billing/shipping information, or high order volume.
• We are not able to ship to P.O. boxes.
• Shipping address cannot be changed after an order has been placed.  Shipments returned due to failed delivery attempts or invalid address are subject to a fee that will be deducted from online store credit.
• After your order is authorized you will receive a confirmation email.
• Tracking information will be provided by email once your order is shipped.
• ILYO is not responsible for lost or stolen packages shipped without signature required to correct address.
• Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Domestic Shipping Information

• We offer free standard shipping for all domestic orders over $300.
• We charge a flat shipping fee of $5 for all domestic orders under $300.
• Standard shipping: 2-7 business days (Hawaii and Alaska may require additional time).
• Express shipping is available.

International Shipping

• We currently only ship to the United States and Canada.
